Room Fees, Setup Fee & Gratuity  

Sage American Grill & Oyster Bar sets a minimum sales level for each private room. If sales volume of the Party does not meet the minimum sales then a room fee is added to make up the difference. In addition, each party is subject to a $125 setup fee. One server is required for each 10 guests. Gratuity is charged at 20% of food and beverage total.

Sage American Grill & Oyster Bar has three separate areas where we can accommodate private groups (the allotted time for each event will be discussed and agreed upon). Our rooms are as follow:

Main Dining Room

Our Main Dining Room seats up to 140 for dinner and can accommodate 200 for a cocktail party. It is located on the first floor and is handicap accessible. There is an adjacent outdoor deck and spectacular water views, and the room also has a fireplace. This room is available during the day, Monday thru Saturday. During the evening, this room is only available certain times of the year.

City Point Room

Located on the main first floor level of the restaurant, the City Point Room also has an outdoor deck, spectacular water views, and a fireplace. There is a small bar in this room, which can provide personal service for an additional fee. This room can accommodate 46 for dinner and 60 for a Cocktail and Hors D'oeuvres reception.

Oyster Point Room

The Oyster Point Room is located on the upper level of the restaurant, and has an adjacent outdoor deck and spectacular water views. This roo also has a fireplace. It can accommodate 36 for dinner and 50 for a Cocktail and Hors D'oeuvres reception. We can also add in the adjacent walkways to this room, which can then accommodate a Cocktail and Hors D'oeuvres party of 75.

The minimum sales for our rooms are as follows:

Oyster Point Room: $1500.00 – Monday -Saturday
City Point Room: $1750.00 – Monday –Saturday
Main Dining Room and Sunday: Please call


These minimum sales amounts exclude tax, gratuities and room fees.
